We are an advocacy group and consulting service whose main objective is to work with former professional athletes, helping them understand how to obtain recoveries for injuries incurred while playing – We provide athletes with knowledge we have gained from 6 years of working experiences, research done on the internet and public information databases. We are not attorneys and we have no link to any attorneys – We work for you, the retired former athletes only.  To help you become aware of certain rights you might have and to direct you on how best to exercise those rights.


 

Our Policy Statement

We assist former professional athletes who have suffered sport injuries. Did you know you might be entitled to obtain compensation for wear and tear due to injuries sustained during your professional career?  Cash awards could range from $10,000.00 to 100,000.00 or more, plus future medical care, life time pensions and more. (Some of these benefits could be tax-free) – See minor league player page for more information.
 
Note:NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, NHL, WNBA players may also be eligible for similar benefits if/when they fit the criteria of qualification. Although we do not interpret state statutes, as attorneys are best suited for that job, we use our understanding of previous public cases, an electronic adjudication management system (E.A.M.S.), along with our working experience to help former players evaluate their own eligibility and guide them as to what steps they might take to reap the benefits to which they are entitled.
